Over The Rainbow was founded by a woman who became a mother through surrogacy herself. After experiencing the process firsthand, she was inspired to create an agency that offers what she once needed most: real guidance, emotional support, and someone who truly understands. This is not just a business — it’s deeply personal.

    Having worked for years as a film producer in the entertainment industry, I have gotten to travel the world, deal with high-end clients and celebrities and many different personalities. I consider myself the ultimate multi-tasker and have been a successful entrepreneur for many years. Feeling fulfilled in my film career, I always knew I wanted to add motherhood to my resume. I struggled with infertility for six years, undergoing multiple IVF treatments and experiencing a devastating miscarriage. After spending a fortune and being told I couldn’t have a successful transfer, I started searching for a surrogate. I researched various surrogacy agencies, comparing prices and reviews. I chose one that seemed promising, but ended up being quite flawed. Despite the agency’s shortcomings, I now have two healthy babies that I am beyond thankful for. This journey inspired me to create my own surrogacy agency, OVER THE RAINBOW, to support others facing infertility challenges and to provide a smooth, loving and amazing surrogacy experience.

    I reside in Los Angeles, sharing my life with my husband, Craig, and our wonderful son, Caleb. My career has been deeply rooted in the entertainment industry, where I've had the privilege of collaborating with Megan for many years. Our synergy is undeniable, and when Megan expressed her desire to establish a surrogacy agency, I wholeheartedly embraced the idea. Having observed numerous loved ones embark on this transformative journey, I felt compelled to contribute to this life-altering venture.

    I’m a mom of two and a four-time surrogate, and my own surrogacy journeys led me to working professionally in the surrogacy field. Having experienced surrogacy both personally and professionally i have a deep appreciation for how important communication, consistency, and genuine support are throughout every stage of a journey. With years of experience in surrogacy case management and administration, I’ve had the opportunity to support surrogates and intended parents while working closely with fertility clinics, attorneys, and other professionals. I’m naturally organized and detail-oriented, and I love keeping track of all the moving pieces behind the scenes while also being someone surrogates and intended parents know they can easily reach when they need support, have a question, or simply need someone who understands. Surrogacy has had such a meaningful impact on my own life, and I feel incredibly fortunate to now use both my personal experience and professional background to help others through their own journeys.  

  • Intake Coordinator | Two-Time Gestational Carrier

    Surrogacy holds an incredibly special place in my heart. As a gestational carrier currently on my second journey with Over the Rainbow, I understand firsthand the excitement, emotions, questions, and uncertainty that can come with taking that first step toward helping another family.

    As Over the Rainbow’s Intake Coordinator, I have the privilege of being one of the first people to connect with women considering becoming gestational carriers. I love getting to know each woman, hearing her story, answering her questions, and helping her feel comfortable, informed, and supported as she explores this life-changing opportunity.

    Having experienced surrogacy myself allows me to bring a unique perspective to my role. I understand how important it is to feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout the process. My goal is to make sure every woman who comes to Over the Rainbow feels that way from our very first conversation.

    My partner and I are blessed with two beautiful children of our own. After completing our family, we knew we wanted to help others experience that same incredible joy. Becoming a gestational carrier has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life, and being able to embark on a second journey with Over the Rainbow has made it even more special.

    I feel incredibly fortunate to combine my personal passion for surrogacy with a career that allows me to support and encourage other women as they begin their own journeys. There is something truly beautiful about helping someone else build the family they have been dreaming of, and I am so proud to be part of a team that makes those dreams possible.
